Analytical Hypnotherapy ("Hypno-Analysis") A gentle, gradual process to discover and resolve the causes of problems, phobias and anxieties. (Can require 5-10 sessions) £50 per one-hour session.

Powerful sessions for relaxation, confidence (including exam, interview and driving test nerves), nail biting, needle phobia, sleep problems, sexual anxiety, fear of flying and travelling, persistent procrastination, past life regression, etc. Fee per session: £50
Childrens' and Teenagers' "Blowaway" Technique
Minimum of two sessions @ £50 per session payable in advance. An increasingly popular, very effective session for children, including those on the Aspergers Spectrum, or teenagers to help with a wide variety of problems, e.g. anxiety, school phobias or bed-wetting. (Parent to be present during sessions.)
Smoking cessation session
Fee: £150 for one session payable in cash (approx one hour).
Weight management sessions
Minimum of three sessions @ £50 each session, payable cash in advance.
A premium of £10 per session will be added for all evening (after 6pm) and weekend sessions.
Fees are payable at the end of each session (unless specified payable in advance), using cheque payable to 'Side By Side Therapy' or cash. (Smoking Cessation & Weight Management sessions cash only). Once made, all payments are non-refundable.Fees are reasonably high for the following reasons:
